Case 1: You Purchased 1 Hour of Prepaid Time (Auto Recharge Not Enabled)

Why: Once you invite the EventCAT AI Interpreter to your meeting, the prepaid time is considered used and cannot be refunded.

Refund Conditions:

Case 2: You Enabled Auto Recharge and Were Charged for Additional Time

Why: If you bought 1 hour of prepaid time and your meeting runs longer than 1 hour, Auto Recharge will automatically add another hour so subtitles continue without interruption.

Case 3: You Purchased More Than 1 Hour of Prepaid Time Upfront

Why: If you bought, for example, 2 hours and only used 1 hour, you can request a refund for the unused time, minus processing fees.
