How to Use Calendar Bot Integration (Paid Plans Only):

1. Sign up at eventcat.com.
2. Select your preferred language at eventcat.com/meetings/settings.
3. Schedule a meeting on Google Calendar, MS Outlook, or MS Teams.
4. Invite [email protected] as a participant in your meeting.
5. The EventCAT AI Interpreter Bot will automatically join and provide real-time translated subtitles in your chosen language.

Additional Information:

• When you set your spoken and target languages, EventCAT will remember these settings for future meetings.
• Your chosen languages will remain the same until you update them at eventcat.com/meetings/settings.
• If you change your languages and have a recurring meeting, the same languages will be used automatically for all upcoming meetings.
• If you need to change languages for a specific meeting, simply invite the Calendar Bot to the meeting and adjust your settings at eventcat.com/meetings/settings before the meeting starts.
