🔧 Method 1: Adjust Your Data Deletion Policy

Why: Prevents automatic deletion of transcripts and recordings after a meeting

Steps:

  1. Log in to EventCAT Meetings.
  2. Click your account icon at the top right.
  3. Navigate to OnlineMeeting > Default Settings.
  4. Find the setting. When do you delete data after a meeting ends?
  5. Choose one of the following:
